About this house rental
Discover the sweetness of Breton living and stay with several people in this superb house decorated with modern taste, equipped with a Jacuzzi with sea view! It offers beautiful living spaces for the whole family or a nice group of friends. The terrace will be particularly appreciated on summer evenings after a day at the beach.
This 140 m² house renovated in 2021 is located in Arzon and has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has an enclosed garden, a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. Within the accommodation you will find a television, internet access (wifi) and a fireplace. At your disposal are an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
Two external parking spaces are reserved for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 300 m from "Kercouedo" beach
- 500 m from "Intermarché" supermarket
- 700 m from "Ty Boulangerie" supermarket
- 1 km from "PortSable" sandy beach
- 1 km from "Le Boucanier" restaurant

- 7 km from "Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver" golf estate

Coastal paths, small harbours, secret coves offer you superb views of the "little sea" and its islands. Relaxation, swimming, picnics will take place on the sandy beach of Penvins. With the tides, you discover spots for rock pooling to bring back shrimps, winkles and cockles. And if your basket remains empty, the markets of the Rhuys peninsula and local produce will know how to remedy that!
The Jacuzzi is open from 8 April to 30 September.
