About this house rental

Quaint and comfy bungalow located close to historic downtown T or C with its hot springs, shops and restaurants. 5 miles to Elephant Butte State Park & Reservoir. Views of Turtleback Mountain from the beautifully landscaped fenced yard. Covered patio for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and WI-FI. Plenty of parking available. Pets OK. No smoking.

Loved the AC units in each room. It was so hot on the lake it made it nice to come home to!! Comfy couch and beds. Having a washer and dryer is super convenient! We would definitely stay again!

This is a cute little house in T or C. It would have been great, except it was not clean. The coffee cups were dirty, kitchen counters had crumbs behind the toaster, the bathroom sink and around the toilet were not clean in the bathroom. I have dogs at home and am used to some fur but the couch left us covered in fur. We had to put blankets down. The house was also 62 degrees when we arrived and it took a while to figure out the heat. Not a great welcome.
