About this campground/ rv resort rental
This is a 1200 SF mobile home with bedrooms on opposite sides. There is a large living room with one queen bed and one sofa bed and 2 twin beds. that can be set up.
We have a full KITCHEN inside, as well as, an electric BBQ outside.
Please don't smoke in the house, but outside is cool. We are 420 friendly.
Only registered guests are allowed without permission. No parties or events allowed.
Outside security cameras are in use for your safety.
Lots of room for parking including boats, trailers, toys, etc.
If you want to soak, the Hot Springs are less than one mile away, downtown and Elephant Butte Lake is about 7 miles away. everyone's staying with us must be registered. there is a charge for extra guests?And if they are not registered, it will be taken from your deposit.

This is a convenient, very clean, lovely place to stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive, and the lodgings are clean and quite comfortable. We will definitely stay again! Thank you very much Gary and Nagy!
