About this villa rental
Welcome to your holiday villa in Albufeira, just a short walk (2 km) from Praia da Oura and local supermarkets, with your own private pool and garden for relaxed days in the Algarve.
Villa Tulipa is a welcoming 4‑bedroom home with air conditioning and a games room, ideal for families or groups of friends who want comfort, outdoor space and easy access to the beach and local amenities.
Step inside to four bedrooms with twin beds and three full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and flexibility. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, plus a convenient guest WC. Upstairs, you will find three further twin bedrooms: one with a bathroom with bathtub, one with a bathroom with shower and one sharing those facilities, making it easy for families to organise their daily routines.
The interior is cosy and practical, with a living room featuring an L‑shaped sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for eight, so everyone can relax and eat together comfortably. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a table for four, perfect for easy breakfasts or quick meals at home.
Outside, the pool area is designed for long, lazy days in the sun, with a good‑sized private swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded dining table and a smaller side table near the barbecue. This creates a great setting for al fresco lunches, evening barbecues and relaxed poolside drinks. In the basement, you will find a snooker table and a table‑tennis table, plus a table and two armchairs, offering an extra space for games, snacks or quieter moments away from the sun.

I booked this house for my daughter and her friends and it was perfect! Clean, plenty of room and a fantastic garden and pool. Communication was superb throughout the booking and I would recommend this property to larger parties who want to be within walking distance to the town centre but in a quiet residential area.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tulipa. The villa was clean, tidy, and well laid out, with eight single beds—perfect for our group of ladies travelling together. The pool area was lovely, and although there were only six sunbeds, there were two umbrellas providing great shade, which you don’t often find in rentals. It might be worth asking the host for extra sunbeds if you’re a full group of eight. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. They arranged airport transfers for us, met us at the villa to give us a tour, and even left a thoughtful welcome basket. We also ordered an online food shop in advance, and they provided all the details we needed for the local supermarket. There’s a supermarket and a lovely bakery/coffee shop just a short walk from the villa, with a great selection of cakes, pastries, and fresh bread. We used Uber to get to restaurants, and it worked really well. Overall, Villa Tulipa was a brilliant base for our holiday, and we would definitely stay again!
The pool table desperately needs to be balanced. The kitchen needs chopping boards and a bottle opener. 2 more sunbeds , which could be stored in basement for when needed.

The villa was amazing, the rooms were spacious and to a high standard. The outdoor space was perfect for alfresco dining and evening relaxing.
