This Amazing Townhouse is located in the surroundings of the Famous Albufeira City. Located in a peaceful part of the city but close to all amenities that offers unforgettable holidays.
The House is decorated in a modern style with private swimming-pool and within walking distance to a few shops, bars and Restaurants.
Albufeira Old Town and the Fisherman's Beach is just a 5 minutes drive away.
Perfect Place for a family Holiday.The Villa Is Located In a complex of Villas inside a quiet neighborhood.
There are ample sun loungers surrounding the private swimming-pool and BBQ area for relaxed moments for poolside activities.
The Open Plan Living, and Dinning area is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV and a feature fireplace.
The Kitchen is Fully Equipped, so you'll have all you need for preparing those delicious meals with direct access to the Swimming-Pool.
The House have 4 Bedrooms with 3 are located on the first floor, One In Suite with Private Bathroom equipped with air-conditioner and one with Single Beds located in the low ground floor which is cooler and do not require Air-conditioner but equipped with heater for the coolest days.
For Safety of our Guests there is a Safety Camera pointing to the front gate and house front to keep our clients safe during their stay.
Note: We don't accept Groups in this Property.

The villa is in a quite area. On arrival their was a lovely touch of a welcome pack. Susana met us and showed us around the fabulous villa. The old and new town are a 5 min taxi journey. These cost around €3.50 for 4 people & €6.50 for 6 people, can not find and thing to complain about.

This villa was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our holiday. We spent so much time here as the kids loved the pool and outdoor area. Plenty of space and in a lovely quiet area. Shopping centre within walking distance. It was a 25min walk into the old town but taxis were very reasonable to get there and back. All in all we had an amazing holiday here and would definitely come back
