HOURTIN PLAGE—a wild paradise between “the forest and the ocean.” This lovely new single-story house, approximately 70 m², offers all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in our beautiful seaside resort. Ideal for 4 people, it can accommodate up to 5 (2 adults, 3 children) with an extra bed available upon request. Just a 3-minute walk from the ocean and an equal distance from the forest, bike paths, restaurants, convenience stores, surf schools, bike rentals, and other shops. All you’ll have to do is drop off your luggage and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of your vacation.
A brand-new rental in HOURTIN PLAGE, this charming house features a sleek, modern style and is both bright and well-designed. Every space is well thought out! It’s truly practical and comfortable to live in. With two terraces—one at the front of the house and another at the back—you can follow the sun however you like.

It consists of:
- An entryway with a closet and a separate restroom.

- A beautiful, bright living area with:
*a sofa seating area
*a central, open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer)
*a dining area with table and chairs.

- 2 bedrooms:
* the first with a queen-size bed 160×200 (duvet 240×260 / 2 pillow sizes 65×65 and 50×70 / bolster pillowcase length 190)
* The second with two 80×200 beds (duvet 140×200 / pillowcase 65×65 / bolster pillowcase 125) Please note that the two beds can easily be pushed together to form a 160×200 bed.
Upon request, for families with 3 children, we can provide an extra convertible armchair (70×190 with a comfortable, high-quality 11-cm mattress; duvet and pillowcase sizes are the same as for the 80×200 beds)

- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower accessible from both bedrooms.

- A front terrace facing the street with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, bike parking, and a charging port for electric vehicles.

- A rear terrace/garden with a dining area, lounge chairs, and a foosball table. The garden is fenced on both sides, ideal if you have a dog.
