Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 equipped with its TV, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 2 people + TV, 1 bathroom equipped with toilet + washing machine, and a particularly pleasant balcony with its magnificent view.
Outside: 1 wooden terrace with a view of the lake and children's island, with 2 wooden garden furniture, relax, barbecue.
Enclosed land, near a cycle path allowing safe access to the port and the downtown.
