About this apartment rental
A Baby Friendly, central, luxurious and spacious one bedroom apartment in Chiado. Live at the rhythm of the romantic beat of Lisbon downtown. Great to discover the city center.

- one double bedroom with closet, one spacious marble bathroom with a bathtub, lounge and open kitchen.

- sofa bed in the lounge that accommodates two extra guests.

- fully equipped with brand new appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, kettle, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine - Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer);

- Air conditioning and central heating in all the rooms
- SMART TV with free access to many international and kids channels;
- high-speed wi-fi;
- fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit.

- Historic building from 1850 part of the old convent of Sacramento, fully restored (completed in 2014).
- Building with security system (CCTV);
- There is a public car park just beside the building called Chiado Park (price not included in the apartment).

We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection.
That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable.
Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age.
FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺
OTHER INFORMATION:
- We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible.
- Respect the neighbours not making too much noise, especially after 10 pm.
- We can be flexible with check-in and check-out timings as long as they do not conflict with other reservations.
- For stays longer than a week, we offer an extra cleaning with changing of sheets and towels.
- It is possible to reserve a private parking space in the underground parking lot located next to the building (price not included in the reservation and subject to availability).
- When making your reservation for more than two guests, please note that there is a small extra payment. This will be visible in the breakdown of the total price of the reservation.
- In case the apartment is not available on the dates that you want, the Courtesy Morning has other apartments in the VRBO also in the historic area of the city. Talk with us.

This is a 5 star apartment in a 5 star setting. We met the owner, Ana, at check in. The introduction to the area and history of Lisboa was exceptional. The communication was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. The location is central to everything.

We were greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive overview of the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully designed, comfortable, well equipped and located in the heart of Chiado walking distance to everything

We cannot recommend this beautiful apartment and its gracious owner highly enough! Ana arranged for our driver from the airport to pick us up, then met us herself outside the flat to show us around. The apartment is located on a quiet little street in the Chiado part of Lisbon, with stellar restaurants only a minute walk away, and a supermarket on the corner. This tasteful flat is spacious and beautifully furnished, quiet and gorgeous, modern and very comfortable with every kitchen appliance you could want. We loved it! Ana showed us how everything worked, and provided us with the most thorough hosting guide we've ever seen of best shops, restaurants, sites, public transportation, emergency contacts, etc -- each with a walking map from the flat -- and manuals for all the systems. The bed was so comfortable, and the heat and air conditioning worked perfectly. Thank you, Ana and your family, for creating this extraordinary place to stay, and thank you for all your help and advice about Lisbon. We can't wait to come back. ❤️

We had a very lovely stay at this property! The host was very gracious and was at the property on arrival to make sure we had everything we need. They had even laid out toys for my toddler which he absolutely loved. The place was very neat, well stocked (towels and blankets, even had a stroller!) and just a block away from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
