Beautiful home minutes from downtown!

The house is bigger on the inside than it looks from/on the outside our party of 5 we had plenty of room & if in Des Moines again i would definitely stay here again

The house was very spacious and very, very clean. The beds are very comfortable. And had everything you needed and more.

The location was close to downtown which was helpful as we drove to the Caseys Center three days in a row. It was in a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our four night stay.

Pleasant neighborhood, easy access to downtown. It was comfortable enough. This could be a phenomenal place with a little better housekeeping and attention to detail. It was very reasonably priced and I imagine a family would love the basement game room. The owner was responsive to text and email communication.Six lightbulbs were burned out. We had to scavenge bulbs and lamps from other rooms in order to have bedside lamps. I did not receive a welcome/instruction letter until after check-in time. I was able to get in because the address and door code was on the vrbo site. It was not as clean as I am used to seeing at other vrbo properties. There was lots of food crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the oven was dirty and the ceiling fans had visible dust build up on the blades. Only 1 kitchen towel and washcloth for a 3 night stay.
