Beautiful 1940’s beach house in the heart of San Juan’s best beach, Ocean Park, a gated community just steps from Ocean Park beach, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery, drug stores and main access to primary roads. UPGRADED WITH EMERGENCY RENEWABLE ENERGY AND WATER TANK (AC’s and range/stove not connected to battery)
Rental Unit: The rental unit is located on the second level of the property totally independent from the first level. It is exquisitely decorated with fully equipped kitchen, family/living area, dining table for 6 people, laundry area and large balcony. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and another one in living/dining area.
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. Master Bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, second and third bedrooms have a queen bed each, all have their own closets. High quality cotton fresh linens for each bed, plus many pillows and blankets.
Remember, this is a residential property, please treated with respect. NO parties and quiet hours from 9pm – 8am. NO smoking allowed.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO for our family of six. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. One of the biggest highlights was how well-equipped it was for beach days—towels, chairs, a cooler, and even paddles for fun were all provided, which made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The kitchen had all the essentials, making it simple to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The air conditioning in the living room was especially appreciated on the hotter days and kept the space cool and relaxing for everyone.The location couldn’t have been better. It felt very safe and was within walking distance to amazing spots, including Kasalta for breakfast (a must-visit!) and a great local pizza place. There were also plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby, which made exploring super convenient.Luis was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond by allowing us a late checkout and even provided a beeper so our rental car could stay in the driveway without any issues. Communication was quick and easy throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a truly outstanding host.

It is a beautiful apartment (comfortable for our family of three) with a lot of natural light. The balcony was everything – we got to enjoy outdoor time in any weather. Luis was very responsive and welcoming, and the location was perfect (two blocks from all the goodies – the beach, food, Walgreens :) Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay. Luis is a great host. We had everything we needed. Great location near the beach and centrally located between El Unque and Fajardo, and Old San Juan and Dorado Beach.
