About this cabin rental
"Hanging in There" Is a custom built log cabin sitting on top of a mountain. It Is private and secluded yet close to everything too. It has one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchen, laundry room and back screen porch. The kitchen has custom hickory cabinets and is well stocked with everything you will need. The floors are hardwood (Maple) and ceramic tile. It Is decorated with black bears and other wildlife decor. It has a gas fireplace. You can take a morning walk in private or just watch the wildlife from the screen porch. If this beauty is not available you may want to check out property numbers 1453372, 3392988, 2094753, 2716031, 2716111, 3353811. New Beginnings (1453372) was completed in 2018 and is located on the same 10 acres. The remaining rental properties are 3 years old (or less). The cabins are conveniently located to the newly built Soaky Mountain Waterpark across from the Wilderness of the Smokies resort and Sevierville Convention Center. New for 2023 is an onsite soda and sweet shop where you may purchase homemade cinnamon rolls and other items and sit and relax on a covered deck.

Our stay was very peaceful and quiet at the cabin. The only issues were the hot tub is not covered so the rain we experienced kept us out our last two days and lack of quality bath linens. Be prepared for the driveway as it is one lane, very steep and narrow.

We really enjoyed the stay. Quiet location. Easy to find. Easy check in. Clean. Owner was very responsive to any communication sent. This was our 2nd stay here and we would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this cabin. The interior and exterior was an excellent condition. The couch in the living room was comfortable to sit on but the hide a bed was not very comfortable if you have to use it. I could not find any Cutlery knives so if you need those you might want to bring your own.

Place was nice. Some things was a miss. The bed was uncomfortable, and I know nothing sleeps better than your own bed. The ladder that was leaning up on the side should have been moved. Wifi was almost none..and every time the toilet was flushed you could smell sewage
