With accommodations for up to 8 guests, this is the perfect opportunity to make memories with friends and family on your own slice of waterfront paradise. Expertly renovated with modern furnishings and appliances, the home features natural lighting, water views, and hot tub. Located just minutes from Camano Island State Park, enjoy miles of hiking trails and public boat launch.
Enter the home by way of a ramp-style walkway to the open concept kitchen, living area with active fireplace, and spacious deck. The fully stocked kitchen boasts Wolf stainless steel appliances, full-size wet bar, and an enormous island for guests to gather around. Set up your laptop to work remotely or sip your coffee from the kitchen high top overlooking views of the water. The deck is outfitted with outdoor furniture, Adirondack chairs, and gas BBQ.
On the main floor guests can choose from 2 Queen-size bedrooms both offering ocean views. The main floor also includes an additional seating room with TV off the bedrooms, as well as a laundry machines, full bathroom and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find the luxurious King-size primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings and breathtaking ocean views, as well as a walk-in closet and full bathroom.
Walk to the lower level to find the 8 person hot tub and access to the bonus room living area with TV, Queen-size bedroom, and half bathroom. Enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table and chairs on the partially covered patio. Then stroll through the landscaped walkway, with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, to roast smores on the outdoor fire pit. This property has all you could ask for to vacation in style!

It is a well known vacation destination for Washingtonians and visitors from afar. I`ve grown up vacationing on the island and have plenty of recommendations! The property is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Seattle. No ferry is required.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please no parties.
Pets: This is a no pet property. No pets are permitted in the house, property grounds, or visiting.
Neighbors are extremely pleasant and this is a tight knit beach community. However, we all respect one another’s property. There are no fences and everyone enjoys the serenity of the views and the beach. Please respect the property lines and bulkheads of other owners.

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed exploring the beach, the beautiful views, making meals in the kitchen (well-stocked) and card games in front of roaring fires. The home is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfy, and the landscaping is really lovely. Would definitely come back!

What a wonderful stay! We found this gem of a beach house last year. We loved it so much we decided to booked again this year and have every intention to stay again next year for our annual family visit.

My feedback to our host:We had a wonderful time. The home was fabulous! So beautifully done and so modern. The views were spectacular and being there in a storm was quite an adventure. No power for a few hours, so would suggest you leave more working flashlights for guests renting during the stormy season. The wet leaves made it quite slippery leaving the property. A push broom should be handy in order to clear the leaves. Make sure when someone rents from you that they know the unit downstairs is only accessible from outside. One other issue regarding the bathrooms would be to have nonslip bath rugs because the floors when wet from water getting out of the shower were extremely slippery. A very memorable trip with my sisters and nieces was had. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful property! Waterfront views with a charming garden scape out to the water. There were harbor seals swimming around in the channel, and a heron perched on the buoy for hours. We loved the kitchen and dining space. The only hitch was finding the property. The houses are very close together and it wasn't immediately clear which house was which. The map link provided in the confirmation was pointing to a different house. Arrive before dark if possible. Other than that, everything was great! The host, Payton, was quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate with throughout the whole booking process.
