A beautiful, well-lit, spacious house on lovely quiet property with big grassy area to play on, outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, hot tub, large kitchen with ample items for cooking and eating. Choices of bedrooms on 3 floors fit a large intergenerational group well. Comfortable furniture, foosball table and large outdoor porch were fully enjoyed too. Sidenote: The room with the bunk beds is loft-style (no door) so sound carries to and from that room more easily. Great thing is there is a big-enough side family room with a door that closes that works well for keeping early risers/late to bed from waking each other up. Layne was responsive in communicating. Wonderful place for a large family vacation, we all had our private space when we needed it, the kitchen had appropriate supplies for cooking and the game room had toys and activities for all ages.The hot tub took some time to get up to temperature but was great once it got going. Thank you for the wonderful location!

Beautiful space, kitchen had every dish or supply you would need, and furniture was comfortable and clean. Host was communicative when we needed something. We recommend letting the host know your planned arrival time and if you’ll be using the hot tub so the house thermostat can get turned on and the hot tub is ready for guest use.
