Clean, comfortable and stellar communication from the host. When I contacted the host, he would typically respond within minutes to 30 mins at most. The house had extra items for use in the storage room. All essentials were present, extra appliances in kitchen such as extra toasters in addition to the main toaster.Only 3 people used this house when we stayed. It was comfortable and had more than enough room! We only used the downstairs portion of home.Pool was clean, well maintained and ready to use!Upscale neighbourhood and being in a gated community added the extra level of comfort, safety and confidence in the property.Walmart was 5 minutes down the road and Seaworld parks and Disney parks are a very short drive away.I would recommend this property to anyone who wants value, comfort and safety.Thank you for a great stay!

We have happily paid an equivalent price to stay at multiple houses and condos within this neighborhood over the years. But this property was very run down. Comparing this stay to others is very disappointing. All the appliances were old and worn out. The nightstands were faux marble tops, but the “marble” was peeling away. The upstairs bathroom near the king bed squeals with every shower. Not bath, but the shower head. The squeal can be heard throughout the entire home. Door to the Star Wars room doesn’t close because of humidity or warping. Fridge growls at you (makes whatever noise it’s making) and the shelves in the door fall out when you barely grab them. There are lightbulbs missing all over the house, and a lot of the walls and outlets are really dirty.
