The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. Sit down to eat at the kitchen nook with seating for 4, the breakfast bar with seating for 2 or the adjacent formal dining area with seating for 6. Relax together as a family in the comfortable living room and watch a favorite TV show or movie on the 70-inch LED HD TV. The cable has been upgraded for all rooms in the house to watch HD programming and including the FOX Soccer Channel, Live Premiership Soccer and BBC America. There is also a luxurious formal living area featuring wood flooring, two leather couches, and a coffee table.
Enjoy a fun vacation in the amazing game room! The room features a slate pool table, a multi-arcade, and an Xbox One with gaming chairs. Have fun with the whole family! The laundry room is also located near the game room with a washer and dryer available to use during your stay.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The house was prefect for us . It was very clean and updated. The only problem we had was none of the tv were step up . The password and username name provided for Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had to find the router and set them up ourselves.

For a vacation house it had everything we needed. It does have some ware and could use some updates. But it served its purpose. Highly recommend they upgrade the beds, but other than that we had all we needed. Don’t recommend paying to heat the pool tho. The only heat came from water out of the hot tub and that was on a timer. It’s not like you could just get in and it be warm. But it’s close to all parks and just about anything you could need. The local Walmart was the largest and busiest I’ve ever seen. Overall, enjoyed the accommodations.
