Throughout the year, we come to Maui to spend time together, celebrate special occasions, relax, and enjoy everything that makes Ka'anapali one of our favorite places in the world. When we aren't here making memories with our own family, we love opening our home to other families and friends so they can experience the beauty of Maui just as we do!

Kaanapali Royal charges a flat parking fee of $160 per stay (not per day), paid directly to the Kaanapali Royal Office when registering your vehicle.
The fee includes one parking space for your entire stay.
A second vehicle must be approved in advance by the onsite management.
Golf carts and scooters are not permitted.

- Condo Layout -
As you enter the condo, you'll immediately see beautiful views through the living room to the lanai overlooking the Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean.
To the left is the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, along with extra storage for luggage and beach gear.
To the right is the main floor bedroom suite with a California King bed, twin cabinet hide-a-bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom.
Straight ahead is the dining area with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, cookware, filtered drinking water, and everything needed to prepare meals.
Two steps down is the spacious sunken living room with comfortable seating, a 75-inch Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, and large sliding glass doors leading to the private lanai. The lanai offers two outdoor dining areas, seating for up to ten guests, and beautiful views of the golf course, ocean, and Maui sunsets.
Upstairs is the private primary suite with a California King bed, queen cabinet hide-a-bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and wonderful ocean views.

This is a beautiful place with comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen and lovely decor.I wish we could have spent more time there!The host was amazing from start to finish! We hope to go back one day soon!

J303 was as described. This is a fantastic condo and would highly recommend staying there.The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of dishware, spices, and cooking utensils. Kannapali Royal has a very nice pool and hot tub centrally located. Great views and nice walk from the unit to Whalers Village. Lahina Trolley has a stop near the complex that will take you to and from Whalers Village.
