Nestled hillside across from the beautiful Ka'anapali Ocean Resort. Relax in vintage Hawaiian comfort in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom plantation style home. The International Colony Club, is a quiet, beautifully manicured 10 acre property located just across from Maui's Kahikili Beach (Old Airport Beach), the winter playground of the humpback whales.
Our vacation home offers 1500 sq ft of comfortable accommodations for 7+ guests, king, queen and full size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area w/cable TV, DVD and WiFi internet. Laundry area with washer/dryer. There are two beautiful pools on site and off-street parking.
Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your beautifully landscaped private backyard. Perfect for your family entertaining and BBQ's. We are just a short 3 minute walk to the best beaches and parks on Maui.
Next door is the famous Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course and all of your favorite Maui activities: snorkeling, surfing, paddle-boarding, golf, tennis and shopping........just a few minutes away. We would love to share our 'ohana with you.

Our construction crew of 3 men stayed here. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. The unit was clean and very well maintained. No air conditioning (which is pretty common there) and the summer heat was more than expected. We ended up buying a portable AC and will be bringing it back with us.

This is a large unit that is close to the beach, which is directly across the highway from The International Colony Club. The road noise is very loud as it is situated at the traffic light at Honoapiilani Hwy and Puukolii road, especially in the third bedroom, my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch.
We are still waiting on our security deposit back after six months.
