Overall this condo is beautiful and is a direct view of the ocean! My kids loved the bunk beds and TV’s. There are games, beach toys available, full kitchen, and Julie responds quickly. Had 2 small issues with the condo. 1) bedroom curtains are sheer and the light shines in strongly at night so bring a blackout curtain. 2) In the middle of the night the A/C kicked on and so did our bedroom fan and light and woke us up. Otherwise, everything was clean and good. My only other concern is the listing stated “beach service” and said “2 loungers await on the beach…” then showed pictures of beach chairs with an umbrella set up. After we booked this condo I asked about this and was sent the price list for the beach service. Julie said she had 2 chairs and an umbrella we could use and told me “beach service means someone comes by and takes orders.” Then she changed her listing to no longer say “beach service.” Overall, this did not set well with us cause one of the reasons we booked this condo was for the beach service so we wouldn’t have to lug down chairs and an umbrella with 3 kids and beach stuff. I did not appreciate she lied about the beach service then played it off that beach service is someone waiting on you. Literally the price list she sent me said “beach service set up” and so did the companies chairs/umbrellas. Maybe it is my fault for not inquiring prior to booking but the listing is changed now so hopefully people won’t get confused.

The condo was updated compared to the other units at this property, but the beds were not comfortable at all. We received 12 towels for 5 people for 6 days. The laundry room was out of service for our entire stay. If you choose this condo bring your own toilet paper, towels and trash bags! I’ll give the location 5 stars, but this property is old and needs to be updated. The walls are thin, and the electrical outlets are weird. The master bedroom lights would come on at 4:00 am. For no reason. Additionally, with 5 people we needed a place to hang our beach towels, you can’t use the balcony. I would not stay at the property again. It’s too crowded, the vendors take up the entire beach with their umbrella rentals. To be fair, I would not visit Destin again due to the outrageous traffic. I was ready to leave after two days.
