Welcome to our beautifully renovated beachfront condo at Pelican Beach Resort, one of Destin’s most desirable Gulf-front resorts. Located on the 4th floor, our condo offers unobstructed panoramic views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf from your own private balcony.
Unlike many properties that advertise “beach access,” our condo is truly ON THE BEACH. Simply take the elevator down and step directly onto the sand. No roads to cross, no long walks, and no shuttle service required.

Our host, Liticia, was so very accommodating and helpful. We didn’t need much because the condo was EXACTLY as described, but she made sure to check with us occasionally to make sure everything was going well. Pelican Beach’s amenities are wonderful with the exercise room, hot tubs and pools, especially the zero entry pool. Just a wonderful vacation in every way and our host was the centerpiece of it all. Thank you again Leti! We hope to be back again!

Great condo for a couple! Amenities at resort are fantastic, as is the location! Condo clean, decorated great, with hidden extras like coffee, cooking spray, cooler, and beach chairs! Perfect for a visit to destin! Fabulous views!
