Welcome to your modern oasis in the heart of Las Conchas! This newly constructed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home boasts contemporary design and ample space throughout. As you enter, you'll be greeted by lush artificial greenery, setting the tone for the sleek and stylish interior. The main living area is open-concept and offers plenty of natural light from the sea-facing windows and the large sliding glass doors to the patio. To the right of the front door is the kitchen, which features a sleek, black, expansive countertop, perfect for any cooking venture as well as stainless steel appliances. Sea la Vie is equipped with all major appliances as well as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which offers seating for six and breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. After a long day of fun, you can comfortably lounge in the living room, which features plush couches, a large Smart TV, and a fireplace. From here, you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the view from the patio. The West side of the house features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Closest to the sea is the primary bathroom, which leads to a spacious en-suite bathroom with contemporary finishes. This first bedroom has a King bed and access to the front patio. The second bedroom on the West side hosts a Queen bed and a sliding glass door to access the backyard. The full bath on this side includes a shower. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the East side of the house. The bedroom has a queen bed and also has access to the backyard through a sliding glass door.
The backyard patio is spacious and perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy the weather. This area is completely fenced, giving you peace of mind when bringing your furry friends. The patio space does not end here. Enjoy yourself on the large rooftop terrace, complete with artificial grass and plenty of room to unwind while soaking in the sun and panoramic vistas.

Property is exactly as seen in pictures, modern feel 1 row off the beach. Clean and the mattresses are the most comfortable, memory foam type...really high quality. management company is easy to communicate with and very responsive. They also can help with excursions and any service you desire making the stay even more relaxing and stress free!!
