Additional fees may include any damage to the house or fixtures, complaints from neighbours about any illegal activity, false fire alarms, false police alarms etc. (A formal invoice will be sent to guests for payment instructions.) Please note: surveillance cameras have been placed outside the property (one with the door bell and one overlooking the driveway) to ensure guest safety. We do not have any interior camera or voice recording devices.
