Hiking trails and mountain bike tours start right outside our front door, in just a few minutes you can reach the southern shore of Lake Tegernsee with the lake and Warmbad Rottach-Egern. The center of the neighboring village offers with its shops, restaurants and restaurants also many ways to make the stay pleasant. Parking in front of the house is available.
