sehr nette Vermieter, sehr schöne Lage in unmittelbarer Seenähe innerhalb eines sehr großen Wiesengrundstücks mit schattenspendenden Obstbäumen, man kann zu allen Tageszeiten sehr schön draußen sitzen bzw auch liegen, sehr ruhig, gute Betten, eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus
die Küchenausstattung könnte um ein Mikrowellengerät erweitert werden, einen Toaster braucht man nicht, denn im nebenan liegenden Haupthaus können u.a. leckere Brötchen gekauft werden

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft welche sehr gut und zentral direkt am Tegernsee gelegen ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Die Dame beim Frühstück war außerordentlich nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück selbst sehr lecker und vielseitig. Ein Pluspunkt war natürlich der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem ein gelungener Ausflug und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Es gab keine Beanstandungen.

Gutes Frühstück in nettem Raum; Lage mit Blick auf den See leicht eingeschränkt; PP am Haus
Sehr laute Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück u.a. mit Rammarbeiten, die das ganze Haus erschütterten. Der Lärm war bis auf die andere Seeseite des Tegernsees zu hören. Hier ist eine Teilerstattung angezeigt. Trotz Hitze war Winterbettzeug aufgezogen.
