Welcome to this gorgeous newly remodeled fourth floor/penthouse, gulf-front condo on Eastern Lake Road on charming Seagrove Beach, just minutes away from Seaside in the Commodore Retreat
Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee on our oversized private balcony while you watch the sunrise over the water…one of our favorite things about our condo is the spacious balcony overlooking both the dune lake and the beautiful Gulf! We have a dinning table for outdoor dining and 3 Summer Classics comfy lounge chairs to make it easy to enjoy the sun plus 2 captains chairs which we use to enjoy the view!! Perfect setup for families!!
Unmatched Location for all to enjoy leisurely days at the beach, with private access to the water plus you can explore nearby Eastern Lake for some fun blue crab hunting. Included in your stay are 4 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Just walk down to the beach and look for our unit number and just relax. It is usually the very first set up.
This top floor/Penthouse Condo at The Commodore Retreat which only has 4 floors is located on the end unit offering added privacy and amazing views!! It has been totally remodeled with shiplap everywhere and fresh white paint and updated furnishings with everything you need for a relaxing stay, from comfortable seating to a well-equipped new kitchen. All new bathrooms and a new kitchen with new appliances and Viking cookware. Making this a wonderful fun place to stay!!
We also have 2 comfy areas in our condo to watch tv. One area is our cute den and the other is our playroom with lots of games, toys, puzzles, and books to read. We also have Mahjong.

Parking Spaces are limited to one space...but there are plenty of dedicated extra parking close by.
Close to lots of wonderful restaurants in Seagrove like The Perfect Pig, Local Cantina, Seagrove Market, and Pecan Jacks Ice Cream plus close to Seaside where there are lots of great shops and restaurants like Bud & Alley's, Great Southern, Modica Market and much more....A Perfect location quiet but close to everything and right on the beach!! Our family has been coming to Commodores Retreat for years and this condo beats all others. The renovations are absolutely gorgeous. The decor, linens and furniture are all top notch. It was so great to have a fully equipped kitchen- more than enough glassware and tableware, unlimited cooking tools and gadgets- anything you could possibly need is provided. Every single thing in this condo has a personal touch aimed towards guests. The only thing better than the inside of the condo is the view from balcony. And what view it is! Being able to lay back on a cushioned lounge chair and watch the ocean is incomparable! And you will NOT find a better host! Taylor was a dream to work with. She is so sweet and friendly, she went above and beyond for my family!

We loved this place so much that I honestly debated whether to leave a review at all—I don’t want it to be harder for me to book it again!The condo was comfortable and so thoughtfully designed. Our boys loved the loft area and I absolutely loved the balcony.All appliances were top quality and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds, sheets, and pillows were some of the best I’ve slept on while traveling. It seemed like the hosts thought of everything—towels, toys, games, necessities—nothing we needed was missing. Location couldn’t have been better. Easy bike ride to both The Hub and Seaside (about two miles either way). The proximity to the lagoon was also a huge bonus. During double red flag days, the kids still had a safe place to play, and I could keep an eye on them from the balcony when I didn’t feel like sitting in the sand.My favorite thing was the condo came with four dedicated beach chairs and two umbrellas marked specifically for our unit. Not having to wake up early to claim chairs was such a relief and since the building only has a handful of units, the beach never felt crowded. There were a dozen or more chairs sitting empty every day, which made for a much more relaxing experience than we saw at the larger properties/public beach areas nearby. The pool was a good size/temp and served its purpose, but could use an update and more seating. Of course, that’s a building issue, not a condo issue. Can’t recommend highly enough—and can’t wait to stay again.

This is my family’s favorite place we have ever stayed at on any vacation! The location is perfect! Just outside of the busiest sections of 30A, close enough for convenience, but far enough away off a quiet and calm street. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is stunning! You can see water from all angles. The linens/towels are luxurious and pristine along with the rest of the condo. The decor in every room is gorgeous, bright, colorful and cheerful! There is a ton of space. My kids loved the upstairs den full of toys and children’s books! The kitchen has every gadget and tool needed. There are adorable beach themed dishes/glasses and even kid friendly dishes! The owners have put so much love into this condo and truly thought of every single detail, down to the cute palm tree keychains attached to the beach/pool access key. The owner, Taylor, is extremely attentive and communicative and made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. She is the sweetest! The beach was not crowded at all and there was plenty of room to spread out. The building has its own huge secure and private section! The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas included and already set up for you each day is SO nice and convenient! There is also plenty of parking with a lot and additional street parking. We never had to wait for the elevator. The pool was clean and not crowded at all. This condo was absolutely perfect for my family and we will be staying here from now on!
