one more thing, make sure the cleaning company or someone cleans the grill between guests. It was super, super dirty when we went to use it.

Two suggestions:
The house desperately needs new beach chairs. Current chairs are literally crumbling. Keep in the garage so they last longer.
The outdoor dining set needs to be donated/removed and replaced with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit with the general landscape area cleaned up. That area of the house doesn't match the overall home and could use an upgrade.
Overall the house is stunning and beautifully decorated. Thank you for sharing your home with us. God bless!

This was our second summer staying at Salt and Light! It is an amazing house, fully stocked with everything you could need. The Eastern Lake Beach access was great last year for our young kids to play in, but this year it was over the chest of the adults. With that, we only used that access the first day. The rest of the week we beached at the other access. Do get there early, as it does get crowded! We love 30A, and Conceirge Cottages has been wonderful to work with.
