About this apartment rental
Tastefully Renovated motel. We are located directly across the street from Hampton Beach and have off street parking for our guests. Our Units can accommodate families from 2 to 6 people. Each unit is private with a private bath. We are located at the north end of Hampton beach, a 30/40 yard walk to the stairs down to the beach. Walking distance to all of the local attractions, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Suite 3 offers 2 queen beds.

Suite 3 offers 2 queen beds, kitchenette with mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, private bath, and outdoor seating for 2 on our covered porch. (sleeps 4) All our units have private seating for 2 outside the suite entrance, and access to our common patio located between the buildings.

John was very responsive and flexible when we reached out. I loved the parking situation. The twin trundle bed made it easy for a family to stay here. We would stay here again.

The listing had everything listed and was perfectly described. Unfortunately I can not post a picture of the garbage that was piled and spilling over the trash cans outside door #3 where I stayed. It was disgusting and I did not even want to sit outside at the private seating for 2 outside the suite entrance. The common patio located between the buildings for grilling was also unusable because no one had tended to that area and it was overgrown with weeds under the picnic tables and whole area. The free internet was not working either to watch TV at down time at night, but the host was reachable and had it fixed the next day for two night. The host also had the maintenance man come the next day to bring the garbage to the curb for garbage pick up when we were checking out. Otherwise it was clean and as pictured but no toilet paper, so bring some just in case! Thank you for your hospitality!
