Beautiful Key West style heated pool home with large yard, pool/guest house, & first floor in-law bedroom. Home has 6 BR and 4.5 BA and top end appliances. Sleeps up to 10. Library can be used as an extra bedroom. Ample parking, BBQ grill, and three (3) outdoor fenced seating areas. Master bedroom suite has beautiful new King size bed, large balcony. Master bathroom has granite counter top, double sinks, shower and large jacuzzi tub. Elegant living room with floor to ceiling drapes, and stylish bar in the inviting dining room. Close to fine schools, beaches, restaurants and Brickell, downtown Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Northeast Coconut Grove location on the best street in the best part of Miami. Have the best outdoor pool party fun in Miami. We have two bikes for your use included!

The house was lovely and very secluded in backyard. Having the guesthouse was an extra plus. Josh was wonderful and accommodating, would definitely recommend his home and I would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean & with loads of character- this house was a great spot for our family's spring break. Kitchen is fully stocked (even with some helpful pantry staples) and is spacious, reading nooks/cozy spots abound throughout the house, neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We especially loved the library and variety of books peppered throughout the house. Josh was an attentive host. Felt like we were staying in the home of old family friends.

Everything was great. the only feedback i would provide is the check in / check out times were slightly inconsistent between what was posted and what was messaged / shared directly from the host. This is a small admin item, but wanted to mention since there was an inconsistency. Great house, great location, great hosts. thank you!
