-we have to be respectful of neighbors avoiding noise and keeping music to low level specially in the pool area and in front of the house.From 9pm to 9am noise is forbidden.
-Please refrain from cleaning make up w towels, after that towels have to be disposed ; only toilet paper down the toilets, they have small necks and clog easily.
Luxury electric vehicles available for rent during your stay with home charging included:
Rivian SUV $ 230 a day
Pool can heated under request ; the daily fee is $35.
The house can be rented monthly during the summer june- july for a special rate of US$19,500

Vivian our host was so helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. The house was beautiful, it was fully equipped and felt like a home from home. Any questions I had during the stay or advice on places to visit where answered immediately. We would definitely recommend staying and would love to visit again in the future!

My family reserved this property for a week to enjoy Thanksgiving with my elderly parents, who live nearby. The house is fantastic. It is super-clean, well organized, with great amenities. We are so lucky to have secured time at this property. The host was equally awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed, and stayed in contact to offer assistance if needed.We highly recommend this property. You will not regret a stay here, and the location is perfect.

Overall Vivian was a great host and communicated well. The only thing you may want to consider when booking is the rain style shower heads. As a group of all girls who didn’t necessarily want to wash or wet their hair every day, the shower heads were not ideal to use and the water pressure overall wasn’t super powerful. Again Vivian was great and this didn’t impact our overall experience much just something to keep in mind when booking!
