Stunning views of The Links Golf Course at the Resort with a golf cart included! This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings and convenience to the beautiful swimming pool and sugar white beach!
“Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this Fairways villa. Our fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and is updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the screened back porch. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a large HDTV, the family room is comfortable and inviting! There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. Relax on the spacious screened back porch and enjoy the fresh air and peaceful golf course views. A separate deck with outdoor seating offers lounge seating perfect for watching golfers!
The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely view. Just a step away, the adjoining master bathroom is designed with an oversize walk in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and access through sliding glass doors to the screened back porch. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and is located a few steps down the hallway. There is a large laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer. Wifi and tram service are complimentary.
The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at 239 Fairways!
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Property location great! However the front storm door wouldn't close. The door cylinder pin was missing so door closer not working. Home was full of flying insects. Had to purchase bug spray. The screened in area was unfit for anyone to use. I had to contact property manager for housekeeping to come clean and they didn't get there until the next day. It was unbelievably dirty. There was wood, dirt, etc. on the table, floor, and everywhere. The igniter on the gas grill was not working, making the grill a safety hazard to lite. The grill was filty! It was so nice to have the outside patio so family could come over and we cooked our evening meal. It was nice and peaceful, just what we needed.

The unit was clean but had a unpleasent smell.The stove had been sprayed with cleaner and when we turned it on smoke filled up the whole house. THe porch and patio furniture needs to be updated.We like staying in Fairways but would not book this house again.
