Forget your worries at this spacious and serene 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront retreat. There are plenty of activities to keep adults and children entertained throughout your stay.
Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and wind down to an amazing sunset over the calm Totten Inlet water with views of the Olympic Mountains. All your stress and worries will melt away during your stay here.

The half-acre property is located on a very quiet dead-end street with no neighbors to one side and only 2 other houses in the neighborhood. The house is completely remodeled, and modern. Newly added central heat & AC. There is gated entry with parking for 5 vehicles in the driveway and several more parking spaces on the private street.

Adults can unwind and relax on the enormous wrap-around covered deck overlooking the calm waters. There are plenty of comfortable deck furniture and LED string lights for dining and for conversations. There is a shellfish grill on the lower deck for convenient barbecuing and another grill on the upper deck dedicated for meat.

Children can play board games in the family room. Adults and children can relive the '90s with the Mortal Kombat and Pacman arcades.

The family room includes high-end modern and comfortable furniture and a large 75 in. 4K TV. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are facing the water to allow for scenic views. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor open up to a large patio area with plenty of beach chairs. Each bedroom has comfortable lounging furniture to enjoy the water view, read a book or simply take a nap. There are plenty of open areas for you to place a couple of airbeds for extra guests. We provide 4 air mattresses for guest use.

The bathrooms are modern and spacious with double sinks, granite counter tops and luxurious showers.

And, oh, the kitchen! The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with brand-new smart, stainless-steel appliances. There are plenty of cabinets and modern granite counter tops. You will use high end appliances and gadgets such as Correll dinnerware, All Clad non-stick cookware, Henckel's knife set, Cuisinart air fryer, Instant pot, rice cooker, commercial grade blender, Ninja dual brew specialty coffee maker and more. There is also a wet bar to mix your favorite cocktails.

Walk down the brand-new concrete staircase to a fire pit area for smores and more story telling. You'll get to explore the tranquil water on 4 kayaks during high tide. During low tide, you'll enjoy a walk along the private beach. Children can collect or look for the tiny sea creatures or collect seashells. Your vacation will be unforgettable!

Other things to note

As our guests, you're agreeing to our house rules, terms, and conditions. No parties or events allowed. Kayak at your own risk (all users must sign kayak/paddle board waiver form before arriving), consume shellfish at your own risk. Guests must not take shellfish away from the property for any reason. Please wear water shoes/rain boots when walking down to the beach to prevent from being cut by shells.

We do have 4 outdoors cameras only on our property and its mainly to provide extra protection during your stay. (1 to the front of the house, one to each side and one to the back of the house.)
