This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2). Views of the oceanfront from the bed and living room area. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. This unit is on the 1st floor and shares a patio with unit 5, perfect for a morning cuppa. A true modern escape!
A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.
The comfortable king size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity.
Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers with face shields. The grassy area is the perfect place to do morning yoga while overlooking the ocean. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Seconds away from the sand!
When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.
Complimentary on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the time of arrival. A maximum of one vehicle is permitted per suite. Parking spaces are not assigned or reserved.

Known as “Billionaire’s Beach,” Carbon Beach is one of Malibu’s most sought-after destinations, perfect for beach walks, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Steps from Nobu, Soho House, the Malibu Pier, Surfrider Beach, and the Country Mart’s restaurants and shops.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
Getting Around:
SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to its guests. Uber is readily available.
Other Things to Note:
Please message our team before booking and contact the Home Manager first. Additional terms and credit card processing fees may apply depending on your booking platform. The stated cancellation policy applies.

All guests must be registered before booking. ID may be required. Unlisted guests are not permitted. Guests may access the property only during their stay.
2. No pets except service animals as required by law.
3. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors or outdoors. A $500 fee applies for false alarms or violations. High Brush Fire Zone.
4. Do not send mail or packages directly to the property. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed items.
5. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM. The property is on Pacific Coast Highway and road and/or wave noise may be heard.
6. Parking: One vehicle maximum per suite. Parking is first-come, first-served and subject to availability. Display the provided parking pass. Vehicles without a valid pass may be towed. If full, park on PCH where permitted.
7. Do not hang clothing or towels from glass railings.
8. Pre-Stocking: Available with one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies.
9. Day of Arrival:
Self-check-in or a personal tour may be available. Only the booking guest may check in and ID is required.
10. Check-In: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and approval. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify our team in advance.
Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late checkout is available until 12:00 PM for $50 per hour with advance approval.
12. Lost items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Shipping plus a $50 service fee applies to returned items.
13. Do not move furniture without written approval. Fees may apply for repositioning or damages.
14. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee. International cards may incur an additional 1.5%. Bank wire is available upon request.
15. Cleanliness: Homes are thoroughly cleaned between stays with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and attention to high-touch surfaces.

I asked if this property uses perfumed laundry soap on their sheets and towels before we booked since I’m highly sensitive to the chemicals in these perfumes.
I was told no we do not.
That was a lie…the towels were loaded with perfume and so were the sheets.
With so many people with allergies also why would you use that?
I spent the entire time with a migraine headache and had serious trouble sleeping while in the unit.
I tried to find another Vrbo but none were now available in the area.
Also to get to the beach you have walk down the street about half a mile. The traffic and old decrepit street makes this walk awful.
Malibu has really changed since we left CA…lived there for over 20 yrs…what a dramatic change to Malibu.
I had to throw away my expensive pillow I brought and pajamas since the perfume absorbs into them and you can’t get it out.
One morning around 7:00 am the smoke alarm went off when a teenager put bread in a toaster…but the smoke alarm goes off throughout the entire property.
All the people in the units came outside where the alarm was also…no escaping the sound.
There was no one on the property to deal with this and no one to call…took about 45 minutes before one of the guests found the control box.
The unit was clean though and we were greeted by a nice person who made sure we got into the unit late.
