This beautiful 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 is oceanfront with unobstructed panoramic ocean views. It has a large long deck and steps to a dry sandy beach just outside the vacation rental. There are pegged hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and accented with stainless steel appliances with plenty of counter space and a bar sink.
The rental has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. In addition there is a large sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. Included with the rental is a one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.
The rental is beachfront on Carbon Beach which has been nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” and has unobstructed panoramic ocean views of Queens Necklace and Catalina Island. It is just yards from the famous Surfrider Beach, Malibu Pier, the Adamson House and world class restaurants.
You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation at one of the best locations in Malibu. In addition to the amazing ocean views and the beach just steps away, nearby you’ll enjoy strolling through two shopping centers that are home to world-class shops and restaurants. When you are not on the beach, you can also enjoy the flat screen HD TVs, blue-ray, stereo with iPod connection, CD player and wi-fi. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs, and gas barbeque, so you don't need to pack those essentials.

The Pacific Ocean is as feet from the balcony…. Beautiful views and nostalgic beachy vibes in our two bedroom unit. We ate most of our meals out, but kitchen looked sufficiently stocked. If we’re ever back in Malibu, we will definitely be looking to book here!

The ocean views are unbeatable. We stayed here about 10 years ago with two toddlers and we were back recently with two teenagers. We loved both times and hope to come back again.

Location location location. That is 100%
It was clean but looks like the bones of it hasn’t been remodeled in 20+ years, ie cracks in ceiling, old school look definitely. Bed was comfortable though! The property manager here was amazing. His name is Angel and he was always around and so sweet and helpful.
