Welcome to Purple Pelican, a peaceful bayfront retreat located just 2.7 miles before the Grand Isle Bridge and three streets before Elmer's Island. With direct access to fishing, crabbing, and boating, this camp is the perfect spot for families, fishermen, and anyone looking to enjoy Grand Isle's beautiful sunsets and laid-back charm. Relax on the partial covered deck or spend the evening watching the sunset over the bay from the porch area. The bulkheaded waterfront offers easy access for fishing and crabbing — day or night.

This was a great trip for family and friends. Pots, utensils, and microwave could be upgraded. Microwave works, but made a noice. This house is spacious. Couches could be upgraded, and we also realize this is a “camp”, and we did enjoy the time. All things considered, we would rent again.

Everything was great, location atmosphere and cleanliness. The only issue was the oven door. If you narely touched it, it would fall down. It appeares to be broken so we never used the oven
