The Sassy Seagull offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots to choose from. The living room offers a spacious environment to rest in. The view from the back deck is peaceful. And everything was clean.

Pros: great location, had two fridges downstairs for storage, beach was nice in this spot.
Cons: the set up is not amazing. Master is connected to shared bathroom. Someone opened my door at 3am because you can only lock it from inside the bathroom. The washroom is in the back room bathroom so you have to knock on the bedroom then the bathroom to get to it. Bring your own cookie sheet. Bring extra blankets. The chairs on the porch are super low Adirondack and you can’t see the sea if you’re sitting. If these cons don’t bother you then It’ll be a great place.
