In the summer, take a refreshing dip in the lake just 200 m away, or in the winter—or on colder days—relax in the log cabin sauna reserved just for you. Or perhaps you’d like to unwind in the heated hot tub?
For lovers of snow-covered winter landscapes, we’re happy to lend you our snowshoes—a special experience that lets you glide effortlessly through seemingly untouched white forests or across frozen lakes.
The perfect vacation spot for anglers, cyclists, hikers, or even those who just want to do nothing at all. A beautiful bike path, the Klarälvsbanan, winds its way for about 100 km through Värmland’s natural landscape; a rowboat is available for rowing enthusiasts, and canoes and bicycles can also be rented. And if you enjoy eating ice cream in the summer, you can get some just a 10-minute walk away—homemade by Lakene Ostgård.
Haven’t seen a moose yet? There’s even a guarantee for that: at the moose park, just a 20-minute drive away, you can't only see them but also learn a lot of interesting facts about them.
