Lovely place great view Adam is a great communicator fantastic location comfy beds has everything you need…just keep in mind, there are a couple of flights of steps to get up to the apartment.

Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again.
