Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 800 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

We stayed in Villa La Canela for a week in March and had a fantastic time. From the booking process, the instructions and responses to any queries all through the meeting upon arrival everything was well organised and easy. The Welcome Pack and fresh rolls delivered in the morning are a nice touch; the villa itself even though it is not brand new is very nice and most importantly very comfortable. The garden, pool and outside areas are wonderful. The villa is conveniently located near the small supermarket and restaurant at the entrance to the golf resort and the main road having a bit of traffic during the daytime did not bother us either. There was some noise/loud music at weekends from the neighbour (owner occupied), partly due to a birthday party. Another thing to be aware of, which was not mentioned to us during the booking process or in any advertising material, is that the housekeeper who performs the daily cleaning actually lives for most of the week in a little dwelling directly behind and in the grounds of the villa.
