The house boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living area, providing ample space for up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the bathroom is equipped with modern amenities and fresh towels.
The living area is a cozy and inviting space, complete with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

There are several electric outlets exposed. In the back bedroom flooring going into bathroom is caving in. Very dangerous! Whoever the contactor was he/she did not complete the job. Outside the backdoor , decking is collapsing. We had to clean the backyard due to poop that was left everywhere. All should be addressed before renting again! Health/Safety issues! You could get sued if someone falls into floor! Making you aware. Otherwise we loved the house.

This house immediately felt like home. It's cozy and sophisticated, all at the same time! Comfy couch, comfy beds, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the supplies you'll need for cooking at home. Just a short walk (about 4 blocks) leads you right into downtown Cripple Creek and the many casinos. If you're looking to get away from the ding-ding of the slot machines, I highly recommend a hike to Guffey Gorge (aka Paradise Cove) - it lives up to its namesake.

Decent older house not far from town, great location. There arent any doors on the bedrooms which was the only downfall. The porch is super cute and a great place to read and drink a cup of coffee, nice mountain views. We even had deer and elk come visit each morning. The property manager is super responsive and helpful.
