The studio is on the second floor of an early 20thcentury building beside the Vatican City, just 200 meters away from the famous Sixtine Chappel! The position of the apartment is ideal: it is 2 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museums, 5 minutes on foot from S.Peter’s Square and 10 minutes by bus from Navona Square, Pantheon and Canpo dè Fiori, 15 minutes by bus from Colosseo, and in 10 minutes of subway you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Piazza de Popolo and Fontana di Trevi. The apartment, redecorated in 2009 and tastefully furnished, is small but has everything you need for a pleasant holiday, or a study or work transfer. There are two comfortable beds which can be prepared single or double on the basis of the clients’ needs and a pouf bed which can accommodate one additional person; there is also a cot. It is a larger apartment separated in 3 independent units (approximately 20 mq) each with private locking its own kitchen and bathroom and zone in common with the washing/drying machine and the necessary for the household. the little kitchen has two fires and there is a microwave oven and everything needed to have breakfast and prepare simple dishes. Moreover there is all you need for ironing, a hairdryer and a washing machine. An excellent air conditioner guarantees a comfortable climate in every season. The apartment is silent because the road is used only for the local traffic, moreover the windows isolate perfectly. The zone is historical, characteristic, pleasant and safe to visit day and night; it is closed to car traffic and is also rich of typical restaurants and shops.
