Charming little farmhouse, fully renovated with a private garden and carport.
Located 1.6 km from the beach and 3 km from Genêts, the departure point for crossings to the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
Granville, a port city and the departure point for the Chausey Islands, is a 28-minute drive away.
This single-story home features a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a living room with a TV and Wi-Fi.
Shower room (with a towel warmer, hair dryer, and separate toilet). Towels provided upon request.
Bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and TV (an 80x200cm bed can be added); study with an 80x200cm bed. The two-seater sofa in the living room can be used as a bed (140x200 cm). Sheets provided.
Washing machine available.
Baby gear available for rent upon request (high chair, travel crib, baby bathtub, etc.).
Bread, groceries, and a restaurant are 80m from the house.
The coast offers a variety of beaches from Pointe du Grouin to Granville, with markets and beach huts (Le Bec d’Andaine, the Dunes and Dragey Beach, Saint-Jean-Le-Thomas and its beach huts, Carolles, Jullouville, Saint-Pair-sur-Mer).
The price does not include charging for electric or hybrid vehicles.

The only slight drawback was that we were there during France's historic heat wave. With no air conditioning, a couple of the nights were uncomfortable. Otherwise the property was lovely, the host was gracious, and the location was perfect for us to tour the area. Highly recommend the property
