power went out a couple of times. it wasn't raining.elevators take FOREVER.You have to park check out a cart and give them your drivers license go back to your car in the parking deck take your stuff up then bring the cart back to get your license back. very chaotic when you have kids in tow. especially when the elevators take FOREVER. condo itself was great, just didn't like the property.
