Solterra announced a significant renovation and upgrade to its resort aquatic areas. The lazy river will be closed beginning September 8, 2026, followed by the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22, 2026. The current schedule anticipates these amenities reopening around December 14, 2026, subject to construction, inspections, and final approvals. The great news is that your private pool at our home will remain open and is completely unaffected by this work. The Clubhouse will also remain open, along with Café Sol and delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and available recreation areas. Solterra is also planning additional activities and programming during the renovation. The project will bring some exciting improvements to the resort, including renovated aquatic areas and a brand-new resort bar.

House was clean . Coul0e things could of been cleaner . But not at any fault of owner. Anytime i had questions or concerns the owner reached out fast. Was very friendly. And kind . Nice house. Great loction. Internet was not great. And pool it didnt get very hot. Over all was nice and would go back.

We had such an incredible stay here with our family. The house is beautiful, spotless, and very spacious, perfect when traveling with a bigger group. We stayed here with our four children aged 11–14, and it worked absolutely perfectly for us.
There was plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy (which is important with teenagers), while still having amazing areas to spend time together. The living room and kitchen were great gathering places, the game room in the garage was a huge hit with the kids, and the outdoor area with the pool was simply fantastic. We spent so much time there and it quickly became everyone's favorite spot.
The location is also excellent. We loved being able to mix up our days by spending time at the shared pool, and having a gym so close by was a big bonus.
All in all, this has been an absolutely amazing holiday for our family. The house made the whole experience even better, and it's one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. We would happily come back anytime.
