The rental was updated with modern furniture and well was well located between all the local restaurants. It had a spectacular view of the intercostal. The few negatives for me was 3 flights of stairs for a senior citizens. There also was no storage allowed in the parking area .it was not easy to carry suitcases golf clubs and beach chairs up the three flights of stairs
