This Wintergreen unit is located in the Silverton building at Cascade. Beautiful two bedroom- two bath condo is perfect for your visit to the North Durango area. The master bedroom offers a king bed, tv , and a bathroom with his and her sinks on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV , fiber optic WIFI, sofa sleeper and deck with spectacular mountain views. The guest bedroom on the main level has two full size beds and there is a full bathroom on the main level.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this property! When we first arrived, it was nice to be able to park in a covered garage area underneath the building. There is no elevator in the building so we did have to carry our luggage up some stairs to get to the unit, but that was not a big deal. Once we were settled into the condo, it felt like the owners thought of everything... there were throw blankets, games, extra bedding, humidifiers, luggage racks, etc. There was even a ski closet in the hallway for convenient storage of the skis. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, recently remodeled, and met our needs well. The property manager, Brandon Young, was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was very short on silverware, but otherwise well stocked. One significant shortcoming of the property was the laundry facilities. The washers and dryers each required nine quarters to operate, but there was no change machine (who carries around 18 quarters?). Also, there was no soap dispenser. Overall, the condo was in better shape than the Cascades resort’s facilities.

This property was a good location and the property was clean, however we booked this place specifically because we wanted to hang out in the evenings in the arcade area to play pool and games with the family. Once we got there, we found out that area closed up at 6:00 every night and no one was around. It was very disappointing as we were out during the day and never got to go to that area. Thankfully, at least the pool stayed open until 9:00...even though it was very cold. I felt like they should let you know ahead of time if they are going to close things before booking. It wasn't on the site anywhere and they use those pics to lure you in. Unit was good! Because of this, I wouldn't go back.
