This very up-to-date, well-cared-for exclusive beachfront escape offers 180° panoramic ocean views, four private oceanfront decks, and direct access to a secluded stretch of beach. Families, nature lovers, and groups will discover sophisticated comfort and rare serenity that most visitors to Costa Rica never experience.
This rare sanctuary on the Playa Hermosa-Punta Mala Wildlife Refuge blends modern luxury with an intimate connection to nature: scarlet macaws fly by daily around 7am and 4pm, sea turtles nest along the shore, and from the upper decks you may catch glimpses of whales and dolphins offshore. Enjoy breathtaking west-facing sunsets painting the sky right from your front yard. Explore 5 miles of pristine beach with soft, smooth sand perfect for peaceful walks that feel like your own private coastline.
Just a short stroll down the street lies the tranquil Laguna Pochotal — a scenic lagoon ideal for birdwatching and gentle hikes. The entire 3,900 sq ft home spans all three floors and is fully private for your group. It features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin, and 1 single (all with luxurious linens). Enjoy two full kitchens with high-end appliances, dishwashers, and gas stoves, plus filtered drinking water on each floor. High-speed fiber optic WiFi and smart TVs are provided in every room. Additional premium touches include 2 Weber gas grills, an outdoor shower, 2 full-size washer/dryers, and access to the private community pool and pavilion (shared with the community, no reservations required).
We have two high-speed internet connections — fiber optic and cable — so you should never have any connection issues.

The house is perfect for those who want comfort, a pristine beach across the road and proximity to Jaco for restaurants etc. I cannot say enough positive accolades for the Host os this property. My party had our VRBO cancelled in another area and we were in a bind. This Host was creative and accommodating in assisting is in securing this lovely property. The master suite is stunning and the rest of the house is perfect. The view of the Pacific from the porch is ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails! We would definitely book this property again with pleasure!

The accommodation exceeded all expectations. The family delighted in the complimentary sloth house shirts and the tote bag. From the second and third floors, we enjoyed unobstructed views of the beach, adding to the serene experience. Our neighbors were both friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our stay with their local insights. Nearly every morning, we relished in tranquil beach walks and later unwound in the refreshing saltwater pool. This destination was truly a remarkable discovery and provided an exceptional experience for all of us.
