About this apartment rental
The entire building is equipped with a convenient and elegant working floor elevator.
Located in the very center of the city of Florence, just two steps away from the Duomo, Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and all the historical center of Florence, this wonderful apartment is the perfect idea for a dream vacation.
Finely renovated with fine finishes in August 2023, the apartment enjoys a decor thought in every detail, at the entrance we find a parquet floor and some parts of the house leave its original historical mark. The perfect combo of antique and modern.The apartment consists of as many as 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom and its own lockable door. The beds are king-size beds, and the choice of mattresses, thick and comfortable with memory foam, and linens was also specially designed and chosen to ensure the best comfort for our guests.
There is also a living room area with a large glass table, a kitchen equipped with completely new equipment and appliances, also includes washer/dryer; and an indoor courtyard of its own. A real rarity in the historic center.
Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, an important detail especially on hot days. The entire unit is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The space is not shared with other guests. The apartment is located on the second floor. The apartment does not have private parking, but there is a garage parking that is only 2 minutes away from the apartment.
For each guest we have a private concierge service that will help you with booking restaurants, wine tours, and any experience you want to have.
High speed fiber internet connection is ideal for Zoom / Team calls or streaming video.
