The exquisite Diamond in the Red cabin is a luxury cabin that offers a grand retreat for couples, families or friends looking for a woodland getaway or adventure at the Red River Gorge. It is also a favorite for corporate retreats and wedding parties.
It is dramatically situated atop a steep slope overlooking the valley above Walker's Creek and just steps away from Cliffview’s charming beach and nearby Cliffview Activity Center. The view is spectacular and one you won't want to miss.
Rustic elegance greets you at the door to a spacious and open floor plan. Step out back to enjoy the immersive views from both levels of wrap around decks that provide a 250 degree private panorama.
This contemporary, well stocked kitchen puts the glam in glamping. It is equipped with an industrial grade sink and all of the amenities. Make memorable meals to enjoy with family and friends at the reclaimed wood farm table and big picture windows.
Two master suites are furnished with beautiful, vintage king bed frames and the modern comfort of Tuft & Needle mattresses. Both offer sliding glass doors that open to the secluded decks. The third bedroom suite is equipped with Queen Bunks so the cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Each Bedroom features an en suite full bath with tub/shower combo. A rustic half bath located on the main floor conveniently serves the living area.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is exactly as pictured. I was nervous because there weren’t a lot of reviews but it was great! We had 3 couples and 2 small kids. Beautiful picturesque views, comfy amenities etc. It was a little hard to find but the instructions sent to us upon booking were perfect and got us there when gps fell short. (Google maps works better than Apple Maps or Waze). Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, great WiFi & cell signal at the cabin. This cabin is across from the firepit and one of the ponds can be seen from the kitchen window. Quiet, lots of wildlife and just overall a real delight!

My family had a fantastic time at the cabin and hiking the gorge. The cabin was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had a great time playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and at the fire pit. The night sky was amazing without light pollution and it was nice and quiet outside to sit and enjoy the start.
