Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The location was perfect for a quiet weekend before dropping my son back at Norwich University. Close to shops and mini-golf. Very relaxing and peaceful setting.

Beautiful condo was nicely maintained. Clean and comfortable with a great view of a wooded backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

A very convenient resort location with some privacy and an open floor plan with a very workable kitchen, cozy living room and a nice deck with a partial view. Easy trail access out back to resort area and the brook is perfect for cooling your feet after a big hike. Enjoyed the overall experience and would return. Only caveat, the bedroom is crowded and would be tight with more than a two but main bed is very comfortable with plenty of closet and storage space.

A cozy and convenient trailside condo with a good flow kitchen and very comfortable open floor plan and living area with a deck and partial view. The brook out back near the trails is great for soaking the feet and the only caveat is the bedroom is tight but plenty of closet and storage space. Would return and recommend to others that want to be on the mountain and resort.
