Located near Sugarbush Resort, you can get to the slopes at a moment's notice via the shuttle service. Access to cross-country skiing is just five miles away, and several dining options are within five miles of you, as well. The living area of this rental is intimate and bright with lots of windows and comfy furnishings. Relax and catch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Warm-up by the fire while you sip on a mug of hot chocolate or a hot toddy. Use the free WiFi to check snow conditions and look for restaurants in the area.

When it's time to feed hungry guests, the galley-style kitchen has everything that's needed for easy meal prep and clean-up: stainless steel appliances, that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, ample counter and storage space, and all the countertop gadgets you have at home. There is even a passthrough to the dining area, so cooks can keep up with conversation. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom home accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. There's also a sofa bed for additional guests.

If you're looking for some low-key fun after a day of snow play, a shared pool table, Ping-Pong, and foosball are available. There's also a basketball court so you can work in a few rounds, as well as 12 tennis courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru Courts, and two outdoor Red Clay courts), including free court time, so you can perfect your swing. During the summer, guests can hike and mountain bike to their hearts' content. Start at Lincoln Peak and work your way through the Long Trail system. You can also drive or take a chairlift and start your hike at the top. A short drive will take you to Burnt Rock and Camels Hump for even more hiking and biking options. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
