About this villa rental
Independent villa with private swimming pool, offering spectacular views of the enchanting Tuscan hills of Caldana, a charming village in the heart of Maremma.
The property is immersed in a large park of 7.5 hectares, characterized by olive groves and a variety of plants.
Perfect for those who want to experience moments of absolute relaxation and privacy, this modern residence, equipped with every comfort, can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The villa is structured on two floors, with the upper one reserved for guests and the lower one not accessible.
The floor available to guests will include:
- A large and bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed.
- Master bedroom with double bed.
- Second bedroom with two single beds.
- Full bathroom.
- Laundry room.
- Spacious panoramic terrace with dining table and sofas.
Outside the villa is a large garden with a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills.
Guests' arrival will be handled independently: the Host will provide access codes to open the gate and obtain the keys to the villa from a safe deposit box located next to the entrance.
The entrance to the villa is completely independent, with an automatic gate leading guests directly to the front door via a short downhill walk.
Guests will have access to the upper floor with an independent entrance and will be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool, in total exclusivity.
The pool will be open from early May to late September. However, we are available to discuss any specific needs.
The villa is located within walking distance of the center of Caldana, with all major services, such as supermarket, bars, restaurants and stores, easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.
